How to delete your Reely data
Option 1: ask us
Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the subject "Delete my Reely data" and the Instagram username you connected. We confirm your request, delete your access token immediately, and delete all other data within 30 days. We then email you a confirmation.
Option 2: remove Reely from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Reely Lab and choose Remove.
This stops Reely's access to your account straight away. To have the data we already stored deleted as well, also send the email in option 1.
What we delete
Your access token, account and Page identifiers, post data, insights snapshots, video analysis, experiments, edit history and archived files. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you or your organisation are not affected.
