Reely Terms of Service
1. Who provides Reely
Reely is provided by Gear Five B.V., KvK 93470401, {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}. Contact: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}.
2. The service
Reely lets you connect an Instagram professional account, publish Trial Reels you explicitly approve, collect insights and keep a history of your video experiments. Reely only creates Trial Reels with manual graduation: sharing a reel with your followers is always your own action in Instagram.
3. Your account and content
- You must be authorised to manage the Instagram account and Facebook Page you connect.
- You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You give us the permissions needed to store, analyse and publish them for you as part of the service.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish (footage, music, trademarks) and for following Instagram's terms and community guidelines.
- Keep your Reely API key secret. Tell us immediately if it may have been exposed so we can revoke it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Reely to publish unlawful or misleading content, to access accounts you are not authorised for, to circumvent Meta's rate limits or policies, or to interfere with the service.
5. Insights and recommendations
Instagram data can be delayed, estimated or incomplete. Reely's comparisons and lessons are directional, not guarantees of future performance.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Reely available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Meta may change or limit its APIs, which can affect features. We may update these terms and will notify connected organisations of material changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for Reely in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or for actions taken by Meta.
8. Ending use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your account and asking us to delete your data (see the data deletion instructions). We may suspend access in case of misuse.
9. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
